1. What RemitBeat is

RemitBeat is an informational comparison and referral service. We aggregate and display exchange rates, fees, and related information for third-party money-transfer providers, and we link you to those providers.

We are not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, or financial advisor. We do not hold, send, receive, or convert your money, and we do not execute transfers. All transfers happen on the provider’s own platform, under the provider’s terms.

2. No financial advice

The information on RemitBeat is provided for general comparison purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions about whether, when, and through whom to send money.

3. Accuracy of rates and information

Exchange rates, fees, delivery times, and promotions are sourced from third parties and can change rapidly. The figures we display are indicative and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Always verify the final exchange rate, fees, and terms on the provider’s payment page before making a transfer. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any rate or information, and we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on it.

4. Affiliate relationships

We may earn a commission when you click through to a provider and complete a transfer. This does not change the price you pay versus going to the provider directly, and it does not influence how we calculate or rank rates. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

5. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service.

6. Acceptable use

When using RemitBeat, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data, or place undue load on our systems.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

7. Intellectual property

The RemitBeat name, logo, website, content, and software are owned by Ficara Holdings LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except as allowed by these Terms or by law.

8. Third-party services

RemitBeat links to and relies on third-party providers and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, rates, availability, or practices. Your dealings with any provider are solely between you and that provider.

9. Paid features

If we offer paid or premium features, additional terms — including pricing, billing, trial, and cancellation terms — will be presented to you at the time of purchase and will form part of these Terms for those features.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemitBeat and Ficara Holdings LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, your reliance on any rate or information, or any transfer you make with a third-party provider.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemitBeat and Ficara Holdings LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ficara Holdings LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
